We offer first aid training, occupational health and safety training and various in-house health-promoting trainings for companies.

Which trainings to choose from?

First Aid Trainings
The training center offers first aid primary training (16 academic hours) and secondary training (6-8 academic hours).
It is possible to order an in-house training for the company in Estonian, Russian and English.
Our first aid training is conducted by practitioners in the field who are registered in the Health Board’s National Register of Health Care Professionals and are licensed first aid instructors.
Persons who complete the training successfully will be issued a certificate.
Occupational health and safety
Qvalitas Training Centre offers occupational health and safety training (24 academic hours) and secondary training (8 academic hours).
The procedure of occupational health and safety in the company is regulated by the “Occupational Health and Safety Act” (revised on 01.01.2019).
It obliges the employer to provide occupational health and safety trainings and secondary trainings to the chosen work environment commissioners and appointed members of the work environment council.
Our experience shows that the company’s good financial results go hand in hand with occupational safety and health.
The offered occupational health and safety trainings are suitable for a company manager, a member of the work environment council, a work environment specialist, a work environment commissioner, or an employee who organizes work environment activities in the company.
In-house training
We support and understand your desire to promote and value employee health in the workplace and the need to create an environment conducive to a healthy lifestyle.
To this end, it is important that both the employer and the employees are involved.
In our training center, you will find a wide range of in-house trainings for health-promotion. We conduct the lecture either in a place that suits you or interactively.
The lecturers are specialists of Qvalitas Medical Center, who talk about the following topics:
